This role involved a number of different types of activities. Working with sales and other client services staff to ensure that product demonstrations and pre-sales discussions were successful and that all sales and service objectives were met. Answering questions for clients and communicating problems found to the developers and financial engineers so that issues could be addressed in future versions and so that plans could be made for handling critical issues in a timely fashion using the internal change control process.
