The CSR will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with FDR’s clients, including scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc communications. The CSR will reports directly to the VP, Corporate Development & Client Care.


  • Act as a liaison between FDR and our valuable client partners.
  • Maintain day-to- day relationship, through regular phone calls and emails
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact for all client inquiries
  • Facilitate internal requests to the client
  • Manage administrative tasks related to the client portfolio
  • Accurately noting accounts
  • Scanning documentation
  • Completing letters
  • Data Entry

Other tasks as assigned, such as;

  • Reception Relief
  • Insure all scheduled reports and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Communicate schedules internally and follow up as necessary to insure deliverables are met
  • Review reports for accuracy
  • Provide ad-hoc reports based on client requests
  • Complaint Management
  • Administer incoming client and regulatory complaints
  • Advise internal departments, as required
  • Coordinate response within required timelines

Coordinating with other functions within the organization to:

  • Effectively communicate client requests and other information
  • Prioritize internal and external requests

Required Qualifications

  • Strong command of the English language; both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B Client Service role, preferred
