Your primary responsibilities as Project Assistant may include:
Assist project managers with bid tenders, budgets, subcontract commitments, purchase orders, transmittals, RFIs and change orders.
Assist with drafting progress claims and invoices.
Build trusting relationships with leadership, management, colleagues and external contacts

Qualities of your experience:
1+ year in a similar roll
Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft office - Word, Excel and Outlook
Working knowledge with Timberline and Autocad software would be an asset
Post secondary education such as C.E.T. or Arch. Tech. would be ideal
Self directed continuing education in this related field
