Software: Intermediate or higher level of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Your primary responsibilities as manager include:
In general, manage our equipment and materials shop
Track, maintain and purchase equipment for the fleet
Purchase materials for commercial construction sites
Build trusting relationships with leadership, management, colleagues and external contacts.
Mentor people with warmth and a positive attitude.
Resource planning with extensive knowledge of equipment capabilities and substitutions.
Manage documents of all equipment related activities including: Equipment maintenance Equipment inventories Equipment transfers
Revamp and improve reporting and tracking systems.
Ensure a safe, tidy and effective work shop and storage facility.
Schedule and delegate daily operations.
Minimum 5 years equipment and construction related experience.
Degree or post graduate diploma in a related field.
Ability to strategize and implement.
Strong leadership with good communication skills.
