if the telemarketers were directed to get quality leads instead of quantity, it would be a good gig. Boss is awesome to talk to, and very understanding when I would need to reschedule an appointment, or anything else.
lots of free time during the day, good opportunity for an excellent salesperson. nice dollar incentive for self gen leads too.
tough to close deals, would be much easier with better leads from telemarketers.

Management is extremely helpful which really enables you to succeed. As long as you have a strong work ethic, you can do very well at this company. I've also never worked in such a strong team-oriented environment, which is awesome because you always feel like your work is important and appreciated.
