Christ Centered and Family Oriented
General Maintenance (Former Employee), Owensboro, KYJuly 4, 2014
Here Christ Jesus is the focus and everyone is considered as family. Serving others according to Biblical standards is a way of life here.
You start your day with the review of the posted schedule of events for that day and then you begin fulfilling the required tasks based upon time priority. You go at your own pace to complete all your duties for – more... each day unless specified as an immediate completion. I have learned great humility here, serving others with humility is required because of the focus upon glorifying God in the Lord Jesus. Working at FBC has cultivated a loving Christ centered mentality within me. The management is gracious and kind, they look to serve the employees not to be served by them. You are family here and family is a priority. They are always willing to help any need or concern that you have. Your co-workers are easy to work with and diverse, they work as a team and are always ready to help. The hardest part of the job is working on every third Sunday and not being able to attend worship with my family. The most enjoyable part of the job was the family atmosphere. I would recommend this job to anyone. – less
