Lots of opportunity, friendly people.
Line Worker (Former Employee), Bradford, ONMay 8, 2014
I learned alot about teamwork and having to meet a quota on a daily basis.
The management was fair they were doing the best that they could with what they had.
My co-workers were always good to work with, most of them had been there longer then I had, so I used that to my advantage to learn as much as I could.

EOL Tester/Quality Tech (Former Employee), Cottondale, ALNovember 30, 2013
Pros: knowing how to do multiple task and being able to work overtime when asked
Cons: healthcare benefits
My typical day of work is good. I always kept to myself and did my job(s) like I was supposed to. I learned so more working there about teamwork and communication. I feel like they should screen new hires effectively with background checks before hiring them. I enjoyed my job because I was able to do multiple jobs from logistics, assembly, scrap, testing, – more... and my favorite quality. – less

welder (Former Employee), Taylor, MIApril 8, 2013
Pros: great pay
Cons: short breaks, very hot inside the plant, no fans
i would prepare the machines for daily work then we would wait for the other production line to feed us parts and most the time i would be multi tasking by running one machine and welding on another,
the hardest part of the job was that it was physically demanding,
the most enjoyable part of the job was the people i got to work with

A very pleasant job
Team Leader/Lineworker (Former Employee), Auburn Hills, MIJanuary 30, 2013
Pros: air conditioned
Cons: long drive to work
A typical day at work started with meeting with supervisors, then meeting with line workers. At this point the line started and I would get any supplies that the gap needed. As the day progressed I would do any rework that was from my area. Throughout the day I would relieve my team members when needed and meet with supervisors periodicaly keeping them – more... up to date on any new or ongoing issues in my gap. At the end of the shift I oversaw the clean up and resupply of materials in the gap. Then filled out paperwork for scrap and downtime. – less

Customer Liaison (Former Employee), Sterling Heights, MIJuly 29, 2012
Not the greatest work environment sometimes to stuffy to uptight. A lot of politics was behind the transition of many individuals.
