Fastrax has an opening for a Customer Service Rep in our Saskatoon location. The primary responsibility of this position will be to support customers. Reporting to the Regional Manager Western Canada, the responsibilities of the job will include communicating with customers, documentation follow-up, customer order entry, in an office environment.
In this position you will require excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. You are motivated, well organized with have a strong sense of urgency and an ability to build positive working relationships. Previous transport sales or customer service are preferred. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
