You offer the following:
- a comprehensive understanding of legal terminology and knowledge of rules and regulations
- strong understanding of legal documentation covering various areas of law
- excellent organizational and business communication skills, both written and oral
- outstanding attention to detail
- high proficiency in MS Office 2010, Windows 7, Hummingbird DMS, Elite, and Webview
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of previous law firm work experience in the area of Commercial Litigation as well as a recognized certificate in legal office administration. Candidate must also have experience drafting and preparing correspondence, various court forms, pleadings, briefs, accounts, etc.
