Wonderful office, with friendly co-workers and management, that gave me a more focused view on customer service
Intern (Former Employee), Willoughby, OH – May 5, 2013
Pros: flexible schedule, as long as i met the required amount of hours per week, i could work at anytime during the day.
Cons: i worked a limited amount of hours per week (10) due to the fact that i was working as an intern.
Working at Farmers was a wonderful experience. Essentially during my time there, I handled phone calls, filed call lists, created my own call lists, and set up meetings with potential clients that i eventually met with personally. I learned a lot about sales and how to use unique customer service as a competitive advantage. I had always been good with – more... people, therefore as soon as i started working I immediately felt comfortable and thrived in my position. The hardest part of the job would have to be traveling out of the area to meet with potential clients. Even though traveling was the hardest part of the job, it was also the most enjoyable part. I came to realize that nothing feels better in this field than traveling into someones environment, and leaving it knowing that you were able to sell someone on a product or service that was obsolete to that person not too long ago. – less

A Company that has constant change.
CSR-Office Manager (Former Employee), La Crosse, WI 54601 – May 1, 2013
Pros: job ...variety of duties.
Cons: not licensed and did a lot of sitting versus moving around.
I learned a great deal from my last job in Insurance. I came from a background in healthcare and with little training I became office manager and was very dedicated to my customers and had some
that requested me because I listened to them and answered their questions. If I didn't know I found out and got back to them. There
was a lot of variety and – more... I enjoyed that. I loved the interaction between
customers and co-workers. The customer appreciated my reminders
and trusted me with their information. – less

Senior Legal Text Processor (Former Employee), Arlington, TX – April 29, 2013
Pros: excellent benefits, an hour lunch and decent hours
Cons: commute and being away from my kids when they were little.
- We got some coffee to start off the morning, reviewed what files needed to be done for that specific day and worked the files.
- The law is never black and white, and that there are shades of gray.
- They were a nice team working towards making our place enjoyable for the workers.
- We all got along and helped each other out.
- The hardest part was – more... getting all the files done and keeping ahead of the game.
- The camaraderie with the co-workers. – less
