-Long days (minimum 44 scheduled hours a week) -no shift flexibility - They say managers manage their own time but if you have to work extra hours on any given days you don't get them back. - no recognition for work/time put in. 'What have you done for me lately' attitude -No consistency in discipline or expectations of work ethic from person to person. -For a company that wants to hire people with integrity they don't display much themselves.
