Friendly and enjoyable atmosphere

I'm currently replacing the chef cosmetician who has been on sick leave for almost a year therefore the days I work are very busy. I have to catch up on all the emails, inventory, meet with representatives, make orders, and other tasks that I must take care of.
I've learned how to better manage myself and keep organized, the day can pass quickly which is why I always have a plan written out of the tasks that I must complete. Also, both my job at Familiprix and my schooling at John Molson School of Business has taught me a lot about marketing, as to where would be the best eye-catching place for products, cost vs profit, and consumer behaviour.
I work at a very friendly environment, my co-workers are very amicable.
I would say the hardest part of my job would be when I'm overwhelmed with so much to do at once, however I always find a way to think positively and manage to get everything done before time.
The most enjoyable part of my job is learning about the new products we receive through the representatives or through the formations I attend. Also, helping the customers find the product that best for their needs and having them return and thanking me, I feel most satisfied that I've done my job well.
