Terrible management, unethical behavior including a manager inciting employees to drink alcohol at work functions outside of work hours because of what could possibly be his own drinking problems. Public shaming if decide not to do so. Sloppy data management, inadequate working tools. Favouritism. If you are looking to advance your career, do NOT accept a position there.
