FIEL is a leading manufacture and importer of imprintable promotional products. Under our house brand , we manufacture many of our items domestically, from aprons to blankets to recycled tote bags to fleece items and more.
An order entry job entails processing orders in the accounting system. The accounting system we are currently working with is called BUSINESS VISION by sage. Experience in business vision is a valuable asset.
o Process orders promptly (must be very detailed oriented). (40 - 60 orders a day).
o Process credit cards using a web based terminal.
o Communicate with Credit Mngr regarding status for order over credit limit or overdue accounts.
o Sales data entry into business vision
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Business Vision Accounting system.
- Office applications including excel and outlook.
- Exceptionally detailed oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Good Time Management skills.
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.
- Should be honest and fast learner.
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.
- Team player
This is a FULL-TIME job with the understanding that additional hours may be required to put in also.
Experience with the promotional products industry a major asset.
Experience working in a small business environment an asset.
Experience working in a wholesale business an asset.
