Identify and investigate growth opportunities for FWbuilders (FWb)
· Developing and maintaining strong ties and long-term relationships with clients and recognizing business opportunities.
Meeting or exceeding business development targets, including increased visibility, through planned sales calls in an outside sales environment.
· Delivering presentations at client events and participating in ongoing marketing efforts.
Managing your assigned portfolio, including the budget and other resources, to ensure optimum client service and efficiency.
Keep up to date on market trends and new products.
Represent FWb in a positive and professional manner.
Collaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude fostering teamwork.
Provide accurate forecasts and updates to your Manager.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Maintain steady growth through identification of new prospects.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and remain client-focused.
Ability to analyze information.
Self-starter with good organizational skills.
Ability to manage flexible work hours, including some evenings and weekends.
A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as this position requires frequent travel.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Some knowledge of the commercial construction industry would be an advantage.
