Interested Candidates must have experience coordinating the Claims Management process, which includes:
- gathering the required information and filing the appropriate forms
- establish detailed logs of all communications between all parties
- maintaining all files in well organized and concise manner
- facilitate meetings between WSIB, RTW specialists and employee
- apply for SIEF in specific cases
- compile metrics for review by senior management
- work with departmental Supervisors & Managers in developing return to work
