Client Service Communicator
FROGBOX Vancouver wants a passionate people-person to join our team. As our Client Service Communicator you will be a primary point of contact for our fabulous FROGBOX customers. We believe our attitude creates the customer experience. Therefore, you will need to be a fun, energetic and goal-driven person that is passionate about people and the environment.
Our small team is comprised of unique individuals who are encouraged to bring their one-of-a-kind skill set to work every day.
Ideally you will have some experience in a customer service role & are tech savvy.
This role is responsible for all one-on-one interactions that take place across our communication channels (phone, email, and in person) & actively contributes to the overall experience of our customers.
Handle inquiries and booking through multi-channel communication & ensure a great customer experience- know our value proposition and website/pricing details inside and out!
Be an expert - our mission is to take the stress out of moving. You will know our systems and be able to match them to client needs.
Confirm the schedule - contacting customers is a core responsibility of this role. A pleasant sunny disposition is essential!
Communicate regularly with our CEM’s regarding the daily schedule and process
Process incoming payments and paperwork - math skills and attention to detail are a must!
Communicate regularly with internal departments and external partners - fielding inquiries will become second nature!
Works with Business Manager and General Manager to achieve monthly revenue goals
Under direction of BM, GM, Director of Franchise and President of the company performs various additional projects, duties and assignments.
