Freightopolis Inc. is seeking to fill the position of Recruitment Assistant at our offices in Montreal. This is a new position with the objective of developing the recruitment function within the company, recruiting for different business unit and working on different projects. This position is ideal for someone who likes challenges and demonstrates enthusiasm for developing recruitment functions for a growing business.
What will you be doing?
- Sourcing, interviews, reference checks and offers
- Create and maintain relationships with candidates and managers
- Participate in many different projects to build the brand attractiveness and the work culture
- New hire integration
- Administrative tasks
What are we looking for?
- 3 to 12 months of recruiting or HR experience
- Knowledge of social media and technology industry
- Willingness to work in a startup company
- Creativity and high dynamism
- Strong communication skills in French and English
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Industrial relations.
