Role Description and Qualifications

Company Description: FOF Capital Corp specializes in real personal financial planning through investment in real estate with a strong commitment to providing solid returns and exceptional service to our client base. Our services capitalize on opportunities in the real estate market by undertaking projects with favorably higher returns than those experienced in traditional markets via private mortgage placements and syndication.

Job Description: We are looking for motivated and team-oriented self-starters. This position entails sales and prospecting to potential clients looking to take the opportunity to partake in the FOF service offering (s). Compensation for this position is hourly for initial job training with potential for future growth opportunities. Please note that wages will be based on a commission only structure after the initial job training period.

Duties Include:

Contacting Prospective Clients

  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to book appointments
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to secure appointments to discuss our services
  • Explain products and services and answer basic questions from prospects
  • Schedule appointments for investment consultant or senior management to meet with current and prospective clients
  • Delivery of sales presentations and seminars to existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct client and market surveys

Marketing Initiatives

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of on- and off-site marketing initiatives
  • Be friendly and courteous to all visitors

Other Tasks

  • Periodic meetings with fellow sales and management staff
  • Other duties as required (that commiserate with office work)

Qualifications/Attributes

  • Personal finance and/or mortgage planning experience
  • Proficiency in MS Windows-based computer application, including Excel
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication skills
  • Maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift priorities as required
  • Well developed interpersonal skills and high client service commitment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have own transportation
  • Experience in finance, credit (including mortgages) and insurance areas a plus but not necessary; will train
