Positions: 2 positions available (Contract – 3months)

The ideal candidate will be a customer service focused, highly professional self starter. He/she will also have a positive attitude with a high level of communication skills, attention to detail and organization skills.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide superior internal and external customer service
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner and directing to appropriate person/department
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and questions
  • Obtaining information to complete orders, as required
  • Generate documents and email/fax for lenders, brokers and customers
  • Monitor incoming faxes and distributing/scanning to appropriate person/file
  • Data entry of fax and telephone orders
  • Alternating work shifts, as required
  • Other duties as required or assigned


  • Residential real estate background from a law firm environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to process requests in a timely manner
  • Experience in customer service environment
  • Excellent client service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to prioritize assignments
  • Willingness to be flexible to daily demands
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple tasks.
