We are looking for passionate inside sales people to join our high energy team of sales
professionals focused on closing new business.
As a sales executive, you will take total sales ownership on closing business with the ability to negotiate deals and build long term strategic relationships. Our business model is based on a simple formula which encourages high achievement and success.
There is a short sales cycle and all sales activity is tracked through custom built CRM software. All post sales activities are handled through another department which allows you to focus all your time on sales.
Competitive Salary + Generous uncapped commission, 3 weeks paid vacation as well as a comprehensive individual health benefits after 6 months, for those who qualify. Total compensation on target is $90,000.
Minimum 3-7 years B2B sales experience
Experience cold and/or warm calling companies
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Outgoing, extroverted, with strong interpersonal skills
Results focused and motivated to exceed goals and targets
Self-management skills, resilience and self-motivation a must
Post Secondary Diploma or Degree would be an asset
Bilingual is an asset, proficient in English is a must.
