Terms of Employment: Full-time. 40 hrs/week
Salary: 30,000.00 per year
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

- Directly assist the CEO of the company by supporting/tracking his deliverables.
- CRM updating, funnel tracking, note taking
- Coordinate appointments and ensure that the day runs smoothly
- Basic project management activities (update project status, providing status reports)
- As a paperless office, track, scan, and file all operational related documents
- Assist in marketing with researching and creating presentations and other material
- Greeting guests on arrival in a warm, welcoming manner
- Receive inventory and matching it with purchase orders
- Manage and track client projects
- Any other related duties as assigned by the CEO

Business Equipment and Computer Applications:

- Microsoft Windows 7/8
- General office equipment such as network printers/scanners
- Microsoft Word 2010/2013
- Microsoft Excel 2010/2013
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2010/2013
- Microsoft Outlook 2010/2013
- Professional Services Automation Tools (SalesForce, Autotask)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Photoshop (or similar)
- Adobe Illustrator (or similar)

Skill Requirements:

- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills is a must
- 1 year or more work experience is a must
- Punctual, reliable and presentable is a must
- College/University Graduate - Business/Marketing major preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Field marketing experience is considered an asset
