Cashier (Former Employee), Whitby, ON – May 14, 2013
The manager of the Whitby location was fantastic, very understanding and willing to go the extra mile to assist his employees. Fast and fun environment with great food
Sales Associate (Current Employee), Brampton, ON – April 25, 2013
Pros: great work environment
Cons: short shifts
A typical day at Extreme Pita involves prepping vegetables for pitas, making pitas for customers, and grilling chicken and vegetables. I learned how to handle food and process orders and sales. The manager is great and very personable. She is easy going and creates a very positive work environment. My co-workers are all very hard working fun people – more... who have given me an overall great work experience. The hardest part of the job is dealing with your average mall customer and people with little patience or manners. The most enjoyable part of the job, to me is working with the people around me and making good healthy food. – less
Kitchen Staff , Cashier (Current Employee), Mississauga, ON – February 5, 2013
I am expanding my customer service experience , i work with different type of people . Various people come into extreme pita , and i learn to interact with them in a respected manner .
Food Counter Attendant (Former Employee), Belleville, ON – January 12, 2013
Pros: %50 off food
Cons: hot kitchen
Every morning starts with cleaning and preparing food. I didn't learn all that much because I have worked in many kitchens before. Management and co-workers were friendly. The hardest part of the job was standing for 5 hours while seven months pregnant and the most enjoyable was seeing the smiles on customers faces while being able to tell them all – more... about the menu! – less
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), San Diego, CA – September 12, 2012
Pros: half priced meals, mall access after work, saved gas and money on travel.
Cons: unhappy customers at times and last minute deliveries and catering orders.
The location was very convenient by car, bus, and trolley, the bosses were nice and easy to work with, they made everyday responsibilities easy to learn. A couple times there were city events that we worked at and had a pleasant time. In this part time position Ive met a lot of people because people did frequently come and go. Everyone one was nice – more... and easy to get along with. The hardest part of the job was the deliveries on days where I did not have my car and had to walk everywhere and up hills with bags of food. The easiest part of the job was making customers happy and memorizing the ingredients in the food. – less
