They really don't have anything lined up for when your current contract ends.
Manufacturing Technician (Former Employee), Irving, Tx – February 5, 2014
Cons: aren't reilable
Not good at keeping in contact with its employees after their contracts have ended. Tell you one thing and do another. Say that you are able to leave availability at anytime and you can't. Not a good temp agency.
Receptionist (Former Employee), Crossville, TN – January 31, 2014
I filled out an application with express in September, called every week to check in and asked if they had anything and they said no. About three months later found out that they really did have an opening. Had to beg for the job, got sent to the job and only worked one day. Was pulled off the job. I was told that to check back the first of next week – more... and they would have a job so I did and they told me that they did not have anything. Now it has been four months and still no work. I am very desperate to find work or I will starve to death. I guess that I will have to find a job on my own because they will not help me. – less
line worker (Former Employee), Chaska mn – January 30, 2014
The routine was almost the same everyday, just different product,or a different line set up. I learned how all are hair product is made and how they package and label the items. Management was okay not the greatest. Co-workers were ok just mainly had a hard time with the ones who didnt speak very good english, hard to understand them. Hardest part of – more... the job was keeping up on the fast lines. Most enjoyable part was the work out. – less
Temporary Agent (Former Employee), Jonesboro, AR – January 30, 2014
working at nicepak as a temp was fun in most cases. The only thing that I didn't really care for was the short breaks we had to take. But when the lines were rolling, time was occupied and the nights flew by quickly.
Data Entry (Current Employee), Mobile, AL – January 30, 2014
Pros: they do the hard work of finding the job.
Cons: none at this time.
This is a placement agency. I obtained my job in Colorado Springs through Express and they recommended that I register with them when I relocated. They will do everything they can to place you in the correct job.
Employment Recruiter (Current Employee), Greencastle, PA – January 25, 2014
Pros: my boss is one of the greatest people i have ever been acquainted with while working.
Cons: benefits and pay
Through working with Express I have learned a lot about what goes in to the back end of business. I truly enjoy helping others during their times of need. The candidate and company match is one of my favorite parts of my job. Knowing that you helped a company meet productions goals while helping a candidate be able to provide for their family is a wonderful – more... feeling. – less
A typical day at work was a very consistent and timely schedule. I would drive out to B.G., clock in, and report to one of our break areas for the shift hand-off. From there I would report to my work station and find what the pros and cons were for the prior shift. Once the shift began I would start my assembly work on Honda Accord parts.
