Are you an Engineering Graduate with 1-2 years of working experience who has a passion for servicing customers and providing help-desk support?
Our client is a hi-tech engineering services firm serving high speed manufacturing facilities in process development and improvement on a global level.
-Trouble shoot customer product issues over the phone
-Query company's knowledge base in order to determine the appropriate solution to hardware / software problems
-Access company's internal systems to obtain and extract information regarding the client's product and service history
-Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service's departmental team
Reports directly to Managing Partner
-Must have an Engineering Degree in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Equivalent.
-Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
-Willingness to learn and grow
-Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously
