I've been hired to work on the Destination Management Project, created by the HQ in Bellevue with the aim to improve site usability and conversion rate, delivering accurate and relevant content.
I was part of the GSO Content Team, working among a multicultural team including German, – more... Greek, Arabic, Spanish, French, Polish, Russian and Chinese speakers, and I was responsible for updating and creating content through the corporate CMS, liaising with internal and external providers, escalating glitches and supporting other teams within the company.
As any other job, it would became quite repetitive, but our Lead was able to keep us motivated, and reaching the target was challenging.
The job environment was really friendly, and I've had the opportunity to meet different people from different cultures.
I've really enjoyed my experience in Expedia, it has been worthy from a professional and individual perspective. – less
