Terrible place disappointed

Much directors in same discipline, work very hard and never you rewarding. Bonus giving only for managers. few managers, few which are decades in exp have rules, low moral and conflict of interest and discrimination, use power to intimidation. culture bizarre. promotion go for relatives and friends in first. management is very poor, chaotic, anarchic, not professional. It is only minority have good expertise and exploited, expert leave and went work with other companies. negotiate salary because increase for salary not existing in exp. it is stressful, bad for engineer which want learned.
Toxic environment, favouritism, discrimination and not care about effort of the peoples
