Civil Engineering Technician (Former Employee) –  Thunder Bay, ONAugust 14, 2016
After being in college for a grueling 3 years, you expect more professionalism than what is shown at exp, just like most, but not all companies, it's all about saving a dollar. Don't waste your time working for this company.
Pros
Its a temporary job
Cons
Worst job for a civil tech.

Not tellin (Former Employee) –  Nova ScotiaOctober 15, 2015
Did not like working here. Too many managers walking around with blinders. HR issues. Low pay. Low morale. Clickish. This office was the very odd ball one. Should be able to go to work and work without worrying about drama
Pros
Branding looks nice
Cons
Didn't care about staff

Field tech (Former Employee) –  BramptonJanuary 30, 2014
Very engaging work .. But they have some people working here for over a year with no benefits and relatively low pay...the senior boss is described at best as intense...

Very high turnover rates for the field techs....if you want to work for cheap to get experience ..the Brampton environment group is your place...
Pros
lots of work
Cons
low pay

Auto-CAD Designer (Former Employee) –  Sault Ste. Marie, ONOctober 30, 2013
exp. Services Inc. is an efficent and busy company, located at various offices in the world. They offer engineering and scientific services. I worked at a civil and structural engineering consulting firm office. Employees are easy to get along with and managers provide employees with challenging jobs that provide good experience. Pay is very good and communication between co-workers is also good.
Pros
good pay, good hours.
Cons
do not have electrical engineering, or any other besides civil.
