Cons: the company closed our location.
The learning of a modular home being built was a great experience. Then seeing the finished product was a great feeling to know that you and many others had a part in building the home for the customers.

Start my day in the lumber mill, measuring and cutting lumber to specific measurements in order to build the modular homes from ground up. I learned exactly how to build a home from the ground up and also working in the flooring department as well.

The hardest part of the job was outside in the yard in the winter and having to climb under the modular – more... homes to cut out any mistakes made in the mill by anyone in order to fix those mistakes.
