Our company specializes in the reconditioning, repair and manufacturing of oilfield equipment.
We are looking for a team player who is able to work in a fast paced environment and mulit-task with tight deadlines. The selected applicant will pay close attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure and with others.
Duties will include:
Using E2 to enter and maintain inventory levels with accuracy and efficiency.
Tagging inventory and performing periodic inventory checks to ensure usage is accurate.
Placing orders for materials and supplies while insuring accuracy and optimum delivery and pricing.
Discuss with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
Compare shipments with records, such as PO’s, invoices and orders to verify accuracy. Record shipment data including charges, damages, and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.
Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance in accordance with ISO standards.
Prepare documents, such as work orders and shipping orders to route materials.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar position with a working knowledge of material
- Intermediate computer knowledge necessary
- Experience with E2, ISO, and knowledge of a PO system will be considered an asset
This is a full-time/permanent position Monday-Friday
Wage will be based on experience $24-30
Benefits package is effective after 3 months of employment and company-employee income sharing after 1 fiscal year of work.
