SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT
MULTI-USE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
CHATHAM, ONTARIO

Senior Project Superintendent needed for a project in Chatham involving construction of a new multi-use residential building (13 storey), approximately 239,000 sf.

Duties:
*Responsible and/or in charge of all on-site construction activities on a daily basis.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
*Four year construction related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
*A minimum of 15 years construction experience.
*Ability to lead and evaluate trade performance is essential.
*Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings and other documents.
*Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate with others a must.

Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, and a benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
