The Everest Wealth Management team is seeking self-motivated and outgoing Real Estate Investment Sales agents who are great at building client relationships and have a passion for building wealth.
The ideal applicant has existing or potential networks of investors, and loves the challenge and reward of 100% commission-based compensation – Everest pays commissions as high as 8%.

The direct nature of our investments allows us to deliver exceptional returns to our investors, while paying top commission to our agents – as high as 8%.
Sales Agent Responsibilities
As an investment sales agent with Everest Wealth Management, you will consistently identify new sources of business, maintain and enhance existing investor relationships, and work with our marketing department to develop micro-targeting initiatives.
In addition to direct investors, you are free to set up reciprocal and referral arrangements with other professionals, such as mortgage brokers, accountants, insurance, etc.
Sales Agent Requirements
It’s not what you know – it’s who you know. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who already have an existing network of potential contacts, and who have access to expanding their circle of influence.
As a member of the Everest Wealth Management team, you must possess exceptional communication, negotiation and time management skills and be able to adhere to the requirements of the securities commissions. Our ideal agent can establish rapport with people from all walks of life; wear different hats based on each client’s needs and is open to coaching and advice.
This is a 100% commission-based position. Everest pays top commission, with room for advancement as our business expands.
