Seeking dynamic & highly personable individual with solid understanding of in-house and 3rd party payroll system and Electronic time collection systems to join our team in Brampton.

Duties include:
-End to end processing of payroll(s).
-Updating and maintaining payroll records.
-Liaising with staff and management on payroll matters
-Generating Reports & maintaining files
-Maintaining leave, vacation and overtime reports.
-Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting.
-Calculation and payment of termination payments.
-Processing increases & union dues.
-Issuance of Records of Employment
-Completion of WSIB forms
-HR background an asset

Competencies required (knowledge, skills and abilities):
Demonstrated payroll processing experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail;
Numerical ability and data entry skills.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Understanding of payroll legislation and processes
Customer service focus.
Ability to multi-task
Must have flexibility regarding start time
