A good place to start
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER (Former Employee) –  Vilnius28 May 2017
Stale environment in terms of advancement, but good for young people to start and kick-off the career towards their goals. Low salaries makes it either a strategic decision to work for the company or no other option out there

Moderately Good Company
Project Manager (Current Employee) –  Bangalore, Karnataka1 May 2017
Hard work not recognized if you stop wagging your tail to management, personal rapport with people can only get your promoted, one has to show off the work to get identified as managers don't communicate that to upper management.

People here are very driven and smart. Bosses are great - they are often flexible in managing people and workload and are also understanding and kind. In the consulting department, project-nature of the work makes it exciting and stimulating.

Business Development Account Manager
Senior Business Development Account Manager (Current Employee) –  Chicago, IL19 April 2016
Rapidly expanding company serving Fortune 500 companies. Currently attempting to break into new spaces.

Exposure to other areas of the business building collaboration between teams. Pace of scale not yet keeping up with the demands of the modern client.

Interesting people, integrity in research outcomes and processes and work life balance a string plus.

Managing people
Manager (Current Employee) –  London23 February 2016
Having worked for Euromonitor for over 8 years I enjoy the challenge and diversity that comes with being a manager here. I have enjoyed working with global offices.

As a company we are proud of the products and service we sell and enjoy the interaction with customers.

Work life balance is good with plenty of CSR opportunities to have fun with but also do our bit for local and international charities.

I'ts an organic company which gives you the opportunity to build the career you want but you need to be motivated and driven, it does not suit box tickers.
Pros
Core hours International exposure great products

I enjoy the work I do for EMI. Although not consistent, the projects are always challenging and well compensated. The project managers always change, and some provide more assistance than others.
