The day in a life of a current Esther's Inn employ usually involves complaints about the poor condition of the establishment, and getting yelled at by the General Manager for things he refuses to repair like the two broken pools. The main problem with Esther's is one of the GM's there's two? at least that's what they say, The one runs around in shorts and an unmarked t shirt or muscle shirt saying he's management and giving customers trouble or standing behind the desk in a completely unprofessional outfit. The front desk is micromanaged and the direct manager has very little say in what happens at the front desk.
