The nature of this position is multifaceted, the purpose is to manage the overall maintenance, customer experience and worker conduct. In this role the incumbent will ensure that all customer inquires are dealt with in a timely manner to ensure high quality customer service. Also this position will be required to provide tours of the facilties for potential clients. Also the position will require consistent monitoring and replenishing of the facilities' client revitalization zones. Lastly this position will require routine building and security checks and maintain the integrity of the security systems and equipment.

*Pick up client from hotel or airport when necessary
*Take clients on your of building
*Answer calls
*Provide high level of customer service
*Manage office administrative duties including filing/sorting of incoming mail,ordering office supplies, tidy office area
*manage external relationships with current clients
*provide efficient and accurate information to internal employees regarding new customer accounts
*maintain a new client database
*provide quotes to customers
*Draft client contact
*Replenish and monitor Client revitalization zones
*all other duties as assigned
*Routine brief inspection of security equipment
*Direct workers and contractors

*Speak fluent and write in Hebrew a must
*Management and Hospitality or Customer Service diploma
*more than 4 years customer service experience
*more than 4 year managerial and/or supervisorial experience
*must be able to work occasional weekends/holidays and evenings

*Real Estate management experience
*Military Security Training, technical or tactical
*Speak: Farci, Spanish, Russian, Italian
