ERICSSON is a one of the world's leadind telecom partner. My working time is 24x7. I learnt to work under huge pressure, and what actual priority means....My co-workers are very helping. The hardest part of job is nothing. actually where i am right now, its the requirement of job., so i am happy.

This is a good place to work as the enviroment and people are really nice and friendly, the job is fair with pressure and responsabilities.

- Work closely with delivery lanes (Engineering, Field Services, Service Assurance, Deployment & Integration) to assess business needs, develop business use cases, functional requirements, process flows and technical requirements of OSS systems.

I have learned to be a good team player and work well to produce positive result no matter how stressful is the day. In the work environment you discover different type of people but you just have to be firm and act professionally all the time.

It was challenging to be chasing the deadlines when the time is very short, but accomplishing all your duties – more... and going beyond was exciting. I loved my job at Ericsson however, it was time for me to get back to where I belong, in the medical field.
