Worst management to work for
Process Operator (Former Employee), Virden, MBFebruary 6, 2014
Cons: long terrible drive everyday.
The work and other operators are good.

Any dealings with management is terrible with them changing minds and going back on what they said.

Do not trust anyone in the management, they will sell you out to make them look good, take any ideas you have and call them their own.

To get into trouble by your boss for putting in legitimate environmental reports – more... because it lowers his bonus for example.

They are "hurting" for money right now and raises and benefits are all getting cut back right now. – less

Extremely Bad
A Mooner (Current Employee), Valdosta, GaDecember 7, 2013
Management requires you to fall into one of the following klans: "tush-kissers", "tattletales" or "good ol' boys." Once you belong, then all rules don't apply to you and you can cover up and get away with anything.

Erco - a great place to work
Process Documentation Specialist (Former Employee), Valdosta, GASeptember 5, 2012
Pros: great people, great pay, steady work.
Cons: a bit far for me to travel to.
Erco Worldwide was a productive, fun place to work with a healthy interaction between the co-workers. I'm hoping one day I can go back to make another contribution to the workforce.
