Pros: health insurance, bonus
Cons: cut-back on hours
A typical day at work is running 30-100 transactions. Multiple deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, phone calls, etc. I've learned how to run the system. I know how to place holds on a check, how to set up a wire transfer, how to run my transactions efficiently and in a timely matter. We are currently under new management, making it a more of a productive – more... work environment. My co-workers are wonderful. They're easy to get a long with and help each out when needed. The hardest part of the job is remembering exactly how to run a certain transaction (i.e. the kind of transactions you only see once a year. A little reminder is sometimes needed). The most enjoyable part of the job, is the customers. The interaction and development of a relationship is the most rewarding. – less
