A positive and family culture work environment with many opporunities for future learning.
Customer Service-Cardlock Coordinator (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 30 November 2012
Fast paced days, under pressure at times, but seasonal. I learnt about systems and remote communication, various internal applications software and accounting procedures, fuel systems and distribution operations. Excellent management, family owned business. Co-workers were the best and I was sorry to have left. Being on call 24/7 at times was the most difficult but not overbearing. The constant learning was the most enjoyable in terms of the work, but the people and culture were the best part.
driver (Former Employee) – Edmonton – 8 January 2015
I worked here for a short period of time but absolutely was in love with the company and the people. The work days are usually quit long but they are flexible with start times as well. Things change often throughout the day. Trucks are quit old but if you needed something for the truck they got it for you quit quickly or fixed efficiently. The drivers worked together and helped each other out. The pay as a city driver was fantastic, made alot of money
pay per trip not hourly, expect to get bounced around.
driver (Former Employee) – alberta – 30 November 2014
i drove for this company for sometime. if you are a super b driver expect to get paid poorly by the trip and for your truck to be broken down 1/3 of the time. you never know whats coming next. you could be in a super b one day and in a body job headed up north in the span of 2 hours. expect longer than average days driving.
in terms of pay they are below what other fuel companies are paying.
not good for long term employment unless you want to live out of your truck to make a decent pay. there are no promotions for drivers.
co-workers were good here but most field staff share the same attitude and it begin to wear you down after awhile.
they are working to build their business and fix issues.
pay is on time and acurate. most of the time.
long hours. trucks in poor condition. short notice. expected to bounce around trucks.
