As a Qualitative Research Director you are responsible for working with our Healthcare clients to consult, design and propose new qualitative market research projects to drive our Qualitative business objectives. The ideal candidate would be involved in the preparation of detailed qualitative research proposals; designing discussion guides, the moderation, fielding, analysis, reporting and presentation of research findings; the review and integration of quantitative research findings as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree is required with at least 2-3 years experience working in the marketing, advertising agency or marketing research industry from either the client or supplier side; preferably in the healthcare industry;
Comfortable leading in-depth qualitative research with respondents (including reviewing existing research, project management, performing qualitative interviews, leading focus groups and analyzing research observations);
Able to synthesize large amounts of information and distill it down to key findings, highlighting the critical insights;
Relishes putting all the findings together into a compelling presentation that clearly communicates the research highlights to an executive audience;
A proficient moderator who has run a decent number of IDIs and focus groups for a number of different clients/sectors; preferably in the healthcare industry;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work as part of a team while also using his/her own initiative;
Able to adapt easily to new environments and travel enthusiast with valid passport to travel to US;
Fully bilingual; &
Be able to multi-task, managing several projects at any one time.
Work with clients to help translate their business objectives into a research plan that will yield actionable results. Direct and implement project plans, including the identification and organization of resources, objectives and methods, project schedules/timelines and budgets;
Design, develop and test survey instruments such as screeners, surveys, and moderator guides based on study objectives, using proven techniques and creativity to facilitate comprehension and implementation among study participants;
Identify, select and manage sample needed to meet study objectives;
Create and solicit RFP from potential vendors; provide vendor selection recommendation; facilitate any contracts and/or requirements between parties;
Moderate the qualitative research sessions;
Analyze the results of the study and develop rich, action-based reports in PowerPoint that effectively communicate insight and recommendations based on research findings; &
Performance of any other duties associated with the research project, of an occasional nature, which may be assigned.
