High expectations low pay they give a raise then you get fired

At first it wasn't too bad a quick training of two weeks and they expect you on the phone taking calls 8 days in. For some this is too quick I was okay with it though. about 50% of the people who started training were gone within the end of the training.
Back to back calls and many rude customers who just want rental prices. I was put on a year of probation because a customer was yelling and swearing at me and I disconnected the call. No warning or anything, which was kind of interesting because I was also trying to switch my schedule and after that was not allowed too. This happened within the first month of working there also.
Every month they have a "1v1" with you where you get told where you're doing well and where you're not. They expect a 4 minute minimum AHT (Average Handle time), 92% of Adherence (on phone time excluding transfers, personal time or internet issues),45% reservations made and 60% of people who actually rent the vehicle.
So after a year of working there they decided to give us all a raise of about $3 which was nice. Until you figure out they fired about 10 people a month after this raise was given. Basically you're not allowed to take bathrooms breaks outside of breaks and lunch, I even had an issue with my stomach and still that didn't matter.
While the pay and the benefits might seem nice at first, the calls are repetitive and brutal to say the least, back to back and you will need to be at your desk for 9 hours a day. Excluding the hour Lunch and two 15 min breaks. There is also unpaid Lunch in which they force an hour. God forbid you wantmore... to stretch your legs or use the bathroom during work times.less

Enterprise uses false promises to ensnare hopeful young graduates to join their company. The pay the lowest possible wages to there employees and work them almost slave like hours. Their hiring and firing decisions are made mostly on popularity decisions. They manipulate staff to sacrifice their personal time, safety, and self's for the betterment of the company. The main transferable skill you can bring from working at Enterprise is how to work extraordinarily hard.
