Busy, fast paced place to work.
Station Manager (Former Employee), Inglewood, CA – November 23, 2012
Pros: culture, advancement, peers, opportunity
Cons: work-life balance
A typical day at enterprise is phones ringing off the hook for rental cars from either your business partners or new customers. An aggressive yes mentality keeps you booking cars. Knowledge in your business and teams ability keeps you able to keep with the demand and keep people happy or becomes your downfall in regards to customer service and profit.

Management Trainee Intern
Management Trainee Intern (Former Employee), Denver, Colorado – September 24, 2012
Pros: customer interaction, freedom to make own decisions in difficult situations
Cons: long hours, micro management at every turn, extreme push for high sales numbers
Enterprise is a fast pace, high intensity position. It required 55 hours a week of helping customers, checking damage on vehicles, explaining legal contracts, keeping proper inventory, and dealing with difficult situations. Enterprise is a great company with many advancements opportunities, but sales is key and a requirement for success.

Operations Manager (Former Employee), Montclair, CA – September 21, 2012
Pros: company culture, co-workers, employee events, opportunities to advance
Cons: long hours, bad communication among upper management
The company culture makes work enjoyable. Although you may have to work long hours and some weekends it is worth it in the end.

Work with a lot of good people, but no time for outside life activities.
Branch manager (Current Employee), Denver Co – September 5, 2012
Pros: good people and training
Cons: no breaks, long hours, crazy situations to work through
I have learned so much and continue to learn everyday. I have to be at work each day at 6:30 AM to clean cars and set up for the day, and I usually don't leave until 6:30 pm each night because of our doors are always open policy. I would recommend this job to a college grad that couldn't get a job anywhere else.

Very Structured, but fantastic training
Team Manager (Former Employee), Eugene, OR – August 12, 2012
Pros: great training
Cons: you are always at enterprise, even when you leave
Enterprise's Management Trainee program is without question the best on the job training I could have had. I learned so many things there that I am able to take with me no matter what my next career. I loved my coworkers and management had an open door policy.

The most difficult part of the job was that it was a little old fashioned. Dress code standards – more... were extremely tight, they frowned on developing friendship with coworkers even those that are on the same level. – less
