Service Agent (Current Employee), Savannah, GAMarch 24, 2014
As a service agent I am responsible for performing non mechanical work on vehicles. This work includes but is not limited to inspecting tires for adequate tread and tire pressure, fueling each car before it is rented to customers, cleaning, filling the window wash fluid. Other responsibilities include accepting new fleet, managing the fleet and allocating – more... cars to designated locations. For example, cars that need preventive maintenance are designated to one area whereas cars that need body work are designated to another area. I have accomplished receiving two promotions. The first was being promoted from part time service agent to full time service agent and my second was being promoted to a Lead Service Agent. My promotions came as a recognition from management for the great work that I do. Communication is a key component to being successful at my job. I demonstrate good communication skills both verbal and non verbal. Another great skill I demonstrate is leadership. As a Lead Service Agent, a lot is expected of me and I use my subordinates to get the job done well. – less

Great Resume Builder
Management Assistant (Former Employee), FLSeptember 30, 2013
Pros: training program, benefits
Cons: work life balance
If you are looking for a great place to boost your resume this is it. Not much room for advancement, most managers are still in their 20's. Great benefits package and decent pay. No work life balance.

Counter Agent (Current Employee), Omaha, NESeptember 24, 2013
Pros: fun, fast paced, good opportunity to make good money.
Cons: not much flexibility on scheduling, fairly quick turnaround with management.
Upbeat and fast paced work place with good people. You decide how much money you make based on your drive. Management tends to come and go fairly often and can be a little unorganized at times.

Not the greatest work/life balance. Co-workers were nice and management was ok, but the environment was very stressful and so was the job.

Fun environment but work/life balance is non existent
MT (Former Employee), WashingtonJuly 16, 2013
Pros: solid management program
Cons: long hours, false hope of upward mobility
As a management assistant the hours are difficult and the work life balance is non existant. Co workers are enjoyable but can also be shady. Sales are come easy to some but others will hard sell and dirty sell in order to get ahead. Depending on the branch you are at, people can be legitimate or completely unethical.

Productive great learning experience
Management Assistant (Former Employee), Santa Barbara, CAJune 11, 2013
Pros: benefits, pay, work activities
Cons: work/life balance, promotional competition, corporate structure
Enterprise Holdings was a great career-starting experience. My first job out of college, I learned how to be aggressive in business sales and marketing. Achieving sales accolades to prove myself ready for a management role, and passing the vaunted " Region Grill" to test knowledge and focus under pressure. Promoted to assistant manager after 2 years – more... and working in different offices and airports within corporate and retail markets. Training and developing employees underneath me and achieving success as an Assistant in Santa Barbara! – less
