Enterprise Group, Inc a growing consolidator of construction company’s and is looking for a highly skilled and success driven Executive Assistant and Office Manager.
This dynamic position will include, but is not limited to, answering telephone, monitoring/ordering office supplies, making travel arrangements, filing, typing all types of correspondence, courier, mail distribution, preparing and posting A/P, assisting with capital asset documentation process, data entry and maintenance of a variety of spreadsheets/lists.
The successful candidate must enjoy working as part of an effective team, be self-motivated, highly organized and detail orientated. Have at least 2 years relevant work experience and be proficient in the use of Simply Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Google (Gmail, Calendar and Drive). This is a full time, salaried position with benefits.

compensation: $42,000 -$52,000 a year negotiable based on experience.
