Education: Completion of an Electronics or Electrical College Technology Diploma or University Degree

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Staff Responsibility: Manage a team of 20 technologists and engineers

Budgetary Responsibility: up to $10,000,000

Skills Requirements:

  • Plan, organize and direct daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Manage contracts
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Ability to supervise working groups
  • Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
  • Maintain Quality Control procedures
  • Occasional travel to Ensil facility in Niagara Falls, New York
