Job Description
PrimaryResponsibilities:
- Revenue Generation:
- Achievementof annual month wise revenue target of area
- Achievementof annual month wise volume target of area
- Business Development:
- Managing and developing Key accounts at chain stores
- Identify and establish new distributors based on company strategy
- Coordinating and monitoring the launch of new products
- Meeting meat managers/category managers of the customers to develop business
- Working on category development of Halal Meat through new channels and markets
- Operational Efficiency:
- Effectiveand efficient distribution of Al Safa products
- Effectiveutilization of budgets allocated
- Timely andeffective response to business related issues of stakeholders
- Planning and execution of trade marketinginitiatives
- Monitoring the stock and shelfsituation
- Effective and efficient placement of Al Safa products
- Ordertaking and execution of products
- Ensuring there are no stock outs in a given outlet/ orderfulfillment
- Ensuring Al Safa products are well placed and visible on the shelf
- Issuing monthly reports of related to sales and merchandising
- Streamliningpayment schedules and ensuring timely payments
- Ensuring that Halal Stores (customers) are paying in time
- Collection of payments wherever required
- Connecting withthe Community
- Attending the events organized by Marketing/Trade Marketing toconnect with the community
- Getting feedback of the consumers
- Overlooking the product complaint procedure for the area
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualification: Post-Secondary - Bachelors or MBA in Business Management/Sales or related field
Experience: At least 6-7 years of sales management experience preferrably in the Halal/CPG industry
Quality management :
- Sound judgmentand quick decision making
- Excellence in written and verbal communication in English/Fluency in Urdu/Punjabi considered an asset
- Excellent negotiationskills to ensure better results
- Able to analyzenumbers and financial information
Business,Personal and People management
- Ability to workas part of a team
- Confident enoughto challenge status quo through logical arguments
- Capable to deliverin immense pressure
- Patient listenerand values difference of opinion
- Disciplined, self-motivatedand meticulous
ComputerLiteracy :
- Proficient inMicrosoft office environment
