Program Advisor (Current Employee) – Calgary, AB – 18 June 2013
A typical day at work is full of activity, phone calls emails and diverse personalities. I learned about health and safety, hard work and customer service. Worked with management and valued their positive criticism. Working with my co-workers has always bean a rewarding experience. The hardest part of my day is working with a virility of opinions created by different backgrounds. There is a consistent work load which ensuring that I have accomplished something each day.
Employee relationship, RRSP Matching, and internal promotion
Micro-managment, lack of trust from senior managment, and lack follow through on safety issues.
SECOR Audit Analyst (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 1 February 2016
It was a pleasure to go to work most days, the people and the environment were great. I had been with the company so long it was like a second home. I grew up at Enform. I learned about hard work, perseverance , loyalty and commitment to job satisfaction. The people were always great and mostly happy.
Receptionist/Senior Student Services (Former Employee) – Nisku, AB – 22 January 2016
Enform was all about their employees when I worked there. They offer numerous incentives and benefits. The people were awesome and the managers were more than willing to listen. Excellent pay and excellent work environment.
Enrolment Services Administrator (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 17 March 2015
Communication is not very great there unless you are reporting a manager, then that manager is aware and has a grudge against you. Seniority does not matter in this place, you have to watch your back. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends, as there is lots of bruised egos if a person had more knowledge than the manager or team lead. It doesn't matter how hard you work, if a person does not like you, they will try anything to get rid of you. All departments outside of Enrolment Services believe they are better than the rest. Enrolment Services Department employees are treated different than the rest of Enform employees. It is reflected in their rate of pay and also the little perks. Manager of Enrolment services acts like a bully but tries to hide it. There have been lots of layoffs here and again, seniority is not taken into consideration here. It all relies on how well you are liked by your team lead or manager. I have known good hard working people who were let go because the CEO, manager or team lead wanted to get rid of them.
Hour off on Friday of long weekend, except for Enrolment Services.
Lots of backstabbing and bullying in all departments.
Printer/Document Advisor (Former Employee) – Calgary, Alberta – 20 May 2014
Enform was probably one of my favorite jobs. This was an extremely busy position. The stress levels were a constant, but I somehow managed to get through each day. I always learned on this job. A day didn't go by without learning something new about a printer, or a document or about the company. I met many foreign people. They came to learn about the oil & gas industry. This was the fun part of the job. My boss was amazing. She kept me going when I got too stressed. We could always laugh. The hardest part of the job was getting a job to print in the correct format when it didn't want to. But, I would always get it because I had help from the Xerox team. Working as a team is one of the most important aspects of a job.
Had lots of support, the job was interesting and never a dull moment
