Enform’s Fort St. John facility gives employers located in British Columbia direct access to Enform’s products and services. This location gives employers access to services such as: safety stand down events, a variety of training courses, and general consultative services to help make their operations safer.

Job Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in the Fort St. John office. You will act as the main point of contact for all visitors of the office and will demonstrate excellent communication skills, initiative, professionalism and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for being the first point of contact for all visitors to the Fort St. John office
-Answer client inquiries via telephone, email and in person in a friendly and courteous manner
-Work closely with Enrolment Services to assist students with replacing and printing certificates as necessary
-Work closely with Enrolment Services to assist students with course registrations, cancellations and exam scheduling as required
-Responsible for assisting students with Computer Based Training programs
-Arrange logistics for any meetings, workshops or courses hosted in the Fort St. John area including room bookings, audio and IT equipment, catering, etc.
-Promote Enform as a strong industry leader in safety culture by following safety practices & procedures
-Other duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or related field is preferred
-3 + years of administrative experience would be ideal
-Highly proficient in MS Office
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-High energy, flexible and has a willingness to take initiative
