The Claim Coordinator will be responsible for (1) implementing the internal processes required to properly document and prepare claim files, and (2) analyzing and preparing the various files for submitting claims to suppliers. The Claim Coordinator will work closely with the team of Contract Administrators tasked with the follow-up and execution of contracts.

-Developing and instituting the internal processes governing the management of claims
-Supporting the Contract Administrators in documenting potential claim files
-Gathering information and preparing claim files
-Standardizing the documents used in the assessment of claims
-Informing Legal Department personnel of active claim files requiring their assessment

-University degree in Administration, Law or Engineering, or training coupled with relevant experience

-5 years of relevant experience
-Experience in supply chain management or in contract or project management

-Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
-Experience in production, planning or industrial fabrication an asset
-Perfect French/English bilingualism (spoken and written)
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
-Availability for occasional travel
