ENERCON Services Canada Inc. is a division of ENERCON which is located in Beamsville, Ontario since October 2012. We are currently looking for a Customer Relation Manager whose main responsabilities will encompass the following:

Your Task:
-Complaint management
-Second-level support for clients to maintain high customer satisfaction
-Meet with our clients to relay technical and commercial information
-Discuss the client's concerns and difficulties, while providing support and assistance
-Provide quotes to clients, as well as support for billing and invoicing
-Oversee the strategic direction of customer relation aspects of the Company
-Prepare and present periodical reports for management delivered to regional manager and service company managers; turbine availability, power generation, and fault occurrences/response times

Your Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
-2-5 years work experience in costumer relations
-Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
-Technically inclined, proficient at writing layouts and preparing documents
-Strong personal computer skills with experience in MS Office Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP. Lotus Note is an asset
-Willingness to travel within Canada
