Responsible for developing and managing the relationship with new and existing clients.
Gather market information on credit, products, sales and marketing trends, activity, etc.
Do initial appointments with clients and explain them company services.
Work with sales team to increase profit.
Handling client issues and complaints and resolve them.
Maintain electronic customer profiles on a data base.
Attend all product training and sales meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, servicing the client where applicable
Provide product knowledge sessions and training for customers
Confident and outgoing
Familiarity in Credit industry would be an asset but not compulsory.
Computer skills including Windows business application software (Word, Excel, CRM)
The Account Managers role is to develop business relationships with new and existing customers. The position requires the representative to be in the office making and taking calls. The position entails working out of our North York Office location. Travel is none or very minimal.
